Business Analysis for Agile Practitioners

I've learnt about the importance of attitude and mindset when using Agile, as they determine a lot of the outcomes. Everyone, including the culture and processes, needs to be on board.

Learning about the Agile principles, tips/frameworks on how to write better user stories and backlog refinement was useful.

Exercises are split based on what was explained which allows us to apply what we have learnt to each scenario. We were also able to come up with our own scenarios and the facilitators inputs were useful.
