Overview

This programme is targeted at participants who have completed the advanced course, Digital Product Strategy with NUS-ISS and are interested to pursue deeper applications of the topics in their work. It will provide coaching and advisory support throughout the process of applying Product Management practices to the workplace. Relevant resources, tools and expert feedback will be provided to the team. Participating organisations and participants can choose to focus on any of the relevant topics based on their organizational needs and job requirements.

  • The Coaching Clinic is targeted at participants who have completed the relevant courses with NUS-ISS and are interested to pursue deeper applications of the topics in their work.
  • Participants will benefit most if they have previously identified a product development opportunity and utilize the Clinic to further develop and deliver it.
  • The suggested content and topics of the Coaching Clinic sessions are outlined below. Participating organisations can discuss and fine-tune the scope and deliverables with NUS-ISS prior to the start of the clinic.
  • NUS-ISS lecturers will provide coaching and advisory support throughout the process of applying Product Thinking to the workplace. Relevant resources, tools and expert feedback will be provided to the team. Participating organisations and participants can choose to focus on any of the topics below based on their organisational needs and job requirements.

Prerequisites

Participants must complete the Digital Product Strategy programme before the Coaching Clinic session.  The Clinic may be used to continue the product development opportunity identified in the Digital Product Strategy programme, and is recommended to be held within 6 - 12 months of the last completion date of respective course.

Each clinic is Agency-specific and requires a team of 2 to 5 participants to run.

Participants are required to complete a pre-clinic assessment prior to the session.
