Overview

Drive and manage the design and development of digital services and products effectively through a series of hands-on workshops and advisory coaching sessions. This programme focuses on "Learning by Doing" - using authentic, real-world projects where you can translate what they learned directly into their workplace. Advisory coaching is also provided to further support the learning experience.

To have an ideal learning outcome, you are recommended to form a team of 2 to 5 members with an existing and/or authentic problem statement ready. A Project or Team Sponsor is required to be identified for each team. The sponsor plays an important role to support the teams in terms of direction, resources and time to work on the project. The deliverables from the programme can be presented back to the sponsor, for decision-making to take it forward.

Key Takeaways

At the end of this programme, you will be able to:
  • Approach service innovation from an outside-in perspective by applying the central concepts of service design and product thinking
  • Conduct research and synthesise data from multiple sources to discover unmet needs
