This programme provides practical aspects of an enhanced project development methodology that covers shared vision, user stories, storyboards, wireframes, prioritisation, estimation, testing and quality assurance, leadership, and team dynamics.

The training programme focuses on the following key areas:
  • Application projects are managed as using an iterative process where multi-phases are overlapped instead of a sequential process
  • Change management where the BAs and PMs need to become confident in getting into details of the project
  • Introduction of techniques (such as user stories, wireframing) and tools (such as Trello, Balsamiq and Selenium) that can improve requirements elicitation, needs validation and customer satisfaction
  • Adoption of incremental delivery of value and satisfaction through continual product iteration and refinement based on regular customer feedback
