This 2-day programme aims to provide a practical approach to managing outsourcing and procurement in line with new development in outsourcing management thinking and approaches. Through the use of real-world case study, this programme serves to help you learn about new procurement approaches (e.g. outcome-based procurement, dynamic contracting, co-sourcing) and acquire practical skills in the procurement and outsourcing management in the new digital era. You will also be well equipped to maximise value and achieve ICT&SS (Info-Communications Technologies & Smart Systems) outcomes sustainably and to bring value to agencies and for Whole-of-Government, to advise and perform ICT&SS procurement to support the realisation of a Smart Nation.
