I found this (course) useful in identifying pain points and overlapping work or redundancies in existing work processes. The GovTech team was very knowledgeable and generous in sharing their knowledge and experience.
The opportunity to practise the concepts that had been shared through discussions with my colleagues allowed us to have real life application.
