Programme Structure

This programme will cover the following topics:

Day 1 – Leadership Identity: Explore current leadership realities, engage in dialogue with GovTech EXCO sponsor Justiin Ang, and establish your personal GovTech Leadership Compass through experiential team building (Eagles Flight)
Day 2 – Strategic Partnerships with Clusters: Deepen understanding of each cluster's priorities through participant-led cluster sharing and panel discussions with project sponsors, and contract with cluster project sponsors through discovery meetings
Day 3 – Discovery and Perspectives: Gain external perspectives through learning journeys to industry organisations (e.g. AWS, Thomson Medical) and apply insights to build effective partnerships through faculty-led sessions
Day 4 – Transformation and Change: Build skills in psychological safety, change management frameworks (Theory U, Change J-Curve), and leading people through transformation and change
Day 5 – Problem Diagnosis in Practice: Apply systems thinking to diagnose wicked problems, engage in strategic dialogue with GovTech's Chief Executive Wei Boon, and receive group coaching on cluster projects
Day 6 – Communication Excellence: Develop advanced presentation and stakeholder influence skills through Presenting with Impact, and continue refining cluster projects through group coaching and sponsor alignment
Day 7 – HR Partnership, Appreciation and Closure: Partner with GovTech HR (POD) on talent development frameworks, present cluster project outcomes to sponsors and senior leadership, and celebrate collective growth at graduation. Throughout the programme, 3 individual coaching sessions over 3 months post-programme support sustained behavioural change and learning transfer
