This is a foundational course that will serve as a starting point into product management learning journey that’s practiced in the industry.
A compact 1-day programme to drive product management success by providing the following learning outcomes:
• To provide participants with a foundational understanding of the Digital Product Management framework and Digital Product Lifecycle Management
• To provide participants with a platform that allows them to learn how to manage an evolving product through its lifecycle by applying concepts that will include the analysis of product opportunity identification, market viability and developing the business case
• To provide participants with the opportunity to learn practical stakeholder orchestration skills and knowledge to enable collaboration and coordination between cross functional teams
The objective of this course is to continually transform the attendees to ensure that they remain relevant with industry practitioners by empowering them to relate their learnings to their specific industry.
