Course Registration for Agency Participants

If you are a HR Learning & Development (or equivalent) personnel coordinating course registration for your agency, please read on.

Please make sure that your participant(s) has obtained necessary approvals from your agency’s training request system.

Kindly download this excel document to fill in the required information.

Upon completion, please submit the excel file to us via FormSG here.

Closer to the course date, either Digital Academy or the respective training provider will inform participant(s) on course confirmation status and follow up on any other administrative matters.

Note: For funded courses, the training providers may reach out to you to obtain additional information on the participants. This info is usually required by the funding agencies.

Course Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for a Digital Academy course (“course”). These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the Digital Academy website (“Terms of Use”), which shall also apply to your registration for a Digital Academy course.

  2. By registering for a course, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Terms of Use. Any non-compliance with these Terms or the Terms of Use may result in civil or criminal liability. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Terms of Use, please do not register for a course.

  3. The courses are provided through the Digital Academy (“DA”), a department of the Government Technology Agency ("GovTech"). GovTech reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your registration for a course after such changes have been posted will constitute your unconditional agreement to the modified Terms and all of the changes.

  4. These Terms only govern the relationship between us and you. The dealings between you and any other third party are not governed by these Terms. Your registration for certain courses may be subject to additional terms and conditions (“Third Party Terms”) imposed by the training provider of the course (“TP”). It is your responsibility to check, read and accept the Third Party Terms. If you do not accept the Third Party Terms for a particular course, please do not register for the said course. GovTech shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of income, revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or damage to your computer, software, modem or other property, arising directly or indirectly from the acts or omissions of any third party, including but not limited to any TP.

  5. If you are registering for a course on behalf of an individual (“Individual”), you represent and warrant that you have been validly authorised to (a) register for the course on behalf of the Individual; and (b) agree to and bind the Individual to these Terms and the Terms of Use. You shall ensure that the Individual complies with all the terms and conditions in these Terms and the Terms of Use. Any breach of these Terms or the Terms of Use by an Individual shall be deemed to be a breach by you of these Terms or the Terms of Use. Any reference to “you” or “your” as used in these Terms shall include any and all Individuals that you are registering courses on behalf of.
